Te Puna Hauora ki Uta ki Tai is a contemporary healthcare and community facility designed to provide a welcoming and culturally responsive environment for its users. Asset Engineering was engaged to deliver the design, manufacture and installation of a series of bespoke exterior feature screens and architectural metalwork elements that contribute to the building's distinctive identity and façade performance.

Working collaboratively with the project team, Asset Engineering managed the project from detailed design coordination through to fabrication and installation, ensuring every component was delivered to the highest standards of quality, durability and craftsmanship.


The project involved the production of custom architectural screening systems and façade elements, incorporating powder-coated finishes and polished mirror-finish stainless steel components that create visual impact while complementing the building's architectural intent.

  • Design and manufacture of bespoke exterior feature screens

  • Detailed shop drawings and design coordination

  • PS1, PS3 and PS4 producer statements

  • Supporting consent documentation

  • Fabrication of architectural metalwork elements

  • Supply and installation of façade components

  • Surface finishing, including powdercoating

  • Specialist polishing of mirror-finish stainless steel components

  • Site installation and coordination with the main contractor

  • As-built documentation and project handover
