Modern urban living in Mount Maunganui, this multi unit townhouse project consists of ten architecturally designed townhouses. Our team at Asset Engineering contributed to this project by designing and fabricating custom balconies that elevate the visual appeal and usability of these homes.

The balconies were designed to lift the face of the north facing side of the homes as architectural features providing functional outdoor spaces off the main living areas.

The balconies, which have been carefully crafted to complement the project’s overall design include:

• Architectural Mesh Screens: These sleek screens not only provide privacy and shade but also enhance the visual impact of the balconies. The mesh adds a dynamic texture that contrasts the timber exterior cladding.

• Powder Coated Finish: To ensure a seamless and polished look, the mesh screens and balcony components were powder coated to match the joinery. This attention to detail creates a harmonious aesthetic that ties the entire design together.
